I am a newb boat owner and the season is about at a close here in illinois. I was wondering how to winterize my 07 speedster 150 Non SC. I would rather not take it to the dealer for this. It does not have 10 hours yet and I am gonna wait until next season to take it in for the 10 hour service. Any and all help would be geatly appreciated.

The Non-SC version is pretty easy to winterize. Change the oil (use a pump to remove the oil through the dipstick). Change the filter (you need some torx sockets). Run some anti-freeze through the cooling system (I use a drill pump to force RV anti-freeze throught the exhaust while running the engine). Then fog the engine by removing the fuel rail and injecting some fogging oil into each port and turn the motor over with the throttle on full to prevent starting. Then remove the battery. That's all I do anyway.I am a newb boat owner and the season is about at a close here in illinois. I was wondering how to winterize my 07 speedster 150 Non SC.
