hi can anyone help i have just bought this speedster it is a 1996 twin eng rotax 75 i belive they are 85 hp each they both start but will not rev sounds like chock is stuck on but it is not help thanks.

There is a switch under the throttle assemblie that sees when its in neutral and won't let it REV when its in neutral, sounds sick missing etc....
It sounds like the switch is broken and it thinks its in neutral (not fwd or rev)
Take a look at that, its cheap to replace i would just buy a new one if your going to pull it apart to check it anyway.
part number is 278 001 195

have checked this switch and orderd new .switch was missing and wire joined ?i assume this bypasses but will put new anyway thanks will post what new switch did still waitng for new props to arrive
