If anyone can help it would be greatly apreciated. I have an 04 Sportster LE that ran fantastic until it had a slight sink while at the dock. I took it to the dealer and he got all the water out of the motor and had it fogged for safety. I was warned that plugs would need to be changed. I am getting a great burn on both plugs after 3 chages but the speed is only half what it was and I also get a long single beep every minute or so. I have checked the intake it is clear so I am at a loss as to why it is running poorly.
I have had moments of good luck after checking plugs and so on it runs fine then minutes later it is back to half speed and and beep every minute or so.
I suspect a slight blockage in the cooling lines and a partial over heat but I don't have a shop manual to trouble shoot with.

I did take it back to the dealer who found no fault with the land testing. so I suspect the load and cooling is a issue.

Does anyone have a shop manual for this boat as a PDF file?
