I need to find a way to unscrew the grab handle on the front port side.
I can't seem to access the block that the screw is threaded into.
I can feel foam if I take out the cupholder nearby...
upon unscrewing the screw turns and the backing nut assembly is apparently also turning, it must have broken free from the hull....

Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?
1. How to remove the screw?
2. How to re-fasten the backing nut assembly to re-insert/tighten the screw?

BTW: 1995 Speedster w/moldy green grab handles...need to replace/recover/clean to new....
