Help, one engine keeps having issues, no clue why. when i disconect battery and reset its fine for a bit. I switched from two batteys to one. is this a problem?

I would assume so but not 100% positiveHelp, one engine keeps having issues, no clue why. when i disconect battery and reset its fine for a bit. I switched from two batteys to one. is this a problem?
