Does anyone know of locking Gas caps for the speedster 200 ??????
I lost about 30 gallons of gas
I talk to a few of the neighbors & they said gas was taken out of their boats to.
I sure as gas get's higher, more people will be hit.
Hopefully SeeDoo can jump on this & get someone to make locking Gas Caps for all of their products.
Thanks Jim

You know ... I've thought about this for a while too ...
I would first probably install some sort of screen in the hose before the tank to prevent siphoning. But so far, I haven't found anything good that will easily get this job done.
I would then install another container in the engine bay (you can just put it there as it will only be there when the boat is stored and taken out when the boat is in use) ... connect the hose from the filler tube to it (capping the stock gas tank at the tank while the boat is parked). I would fill the container with a mixture of gas and a lot of sugar. Let them siphon it all they want
To use the boat, all you'd have to do is to remove that fake tank with the sugar-gas. The only problem with this is to refuel the actual gas tank, you'd have to keep reconnecting the filler tube. But I think it would be worth doing this to get those bastard thieves ... ah the satisfaction!

On my in laws GTX 4-tech PWC, we store 4 utility cans--3 of fuel, 1 of sugar water...someone stole all 4. But loosing the money was well worth it hopefully those Laughlin thieves won't steal gas again er I mean sugar water. . .
