I have an oil sensor in a 1997 Sea Doo Challenger 1800. Even though my oil tank is full I keep getting the red light coming on and off on the gauge! This is a little nerve racking! I would love to know if the olil level in the tank is all this sensor does, and then if there is a way to repair it, if not. how to remove and replace it.

That is all it does- is light up the little red light. It has a styrofoam float in it that is probably stuck in the empty position.
1997 Seadoo XP 800 (sorry, at least it is a DOO!!!)
