Well just took the challenger to the doo doc today for a possible fuel leak and carb tuneup, last season it would run great for the first 10 min then it would slow down about 5 mph never could figure it out so I figured it would be best to let someone with some skills work on it. HEY anyone live in Kansas? lets get this board jumpin again

I am getting the fever too! I am going to be pulling mine out of the garage this weekend to give it a good "flush" and run it for the first time since last season!

Can't wait to get back in the water!

Here in sunny Fla we never stopped Dooin . Altho the occasional tornado or cold front with frost would slow us down. When I think of Kansas I picture miles & miles of wheat and corn fields. Of course yall probably see Fla as swamps ,gators and Disney. This weekend I picture myself on my sportster scic .

I haven't been to Florida before but were going to do a family vacation there this summer looking forward to it , yea Kansas is alot of corn and wheat fields but there are a few puddles to put a craft in , the one I go to is called Milford Lake , its pretty good size for a lake nothing like the gulf but nice.

Warming up, it was in the 80's all weekend here in Atlanta!! Now just to get rid of this pollen and get back in the water!

POLLEN !!!!! Let me tell you bout pollen . Everthing down here is dusted green & yellow , sinuses are plugged solid . Eating clariten pills like candy . Sold my 2 gti seadoos . So this year its all sportster scic . Water warming fast ,will loose wet suit top this weekend ,gotta get that winter beer gut in shape . Or at least into a different shape

Panzy wanzy guys. While you are all hiding from a bit of pollen we are here in Dublin shaking in our boots from snow. Yip. It is still winter over here and while one day might be lovely (but cool) the next it can be lashing rain, sleet or snow. I will hit the water in my winter wollies this weekend but will be wrapped and gloved up real well - trying my best not to get wet. We won't be dipping our toes in until June at the earliest. Roll on the Summer!

Hey this pollen is bad stuff to doo in. It makes my wifes eye 's water . Then the mascara runs (she drives while i kill myself on toys) Next thing u know its back to the dock for a makeover.SNOW / ICE yuck . ICE is what we in da south put in our iced tea to cool off in the dog days of april . Enjoy your dooin when you can.

Well it has been raining a good bit here in Atlanta so the the pollen is finally gone! It is starting to look like good weather for the doo!

Yup we got a little rain last night too- somewhat cooler today.
I've got the carbs off the XP waiting on kits to put them back together, then imma hit the water for the weekend!!

Still waiting for the Doo Doc to test drive , the weather here is crappy but whats even more crappy is that they are the only peeps that will work on the boats ....thinking about last summer on the lake all is better now

I just got my kits, and I gotta tell ya, SBT (http://www.sbtontheweb.com) rocks!!
They even send a detailed instruction sheet on how to do the rebuild with the kits!
As if I needed it..... but not everyone knows how to do this!
The XP has the same engine you have in your Challenger- I'm sure mine have never had a kit put in them. The PTO carb had a very much plugged internal fuel filter. Same symptom you describe in the first post.
