Does anybody know a reliable site that I can order a shop manual for my 2005 sportster? I have slowly eaten the wear ring away till I have very little power out of the hole. I consulted a local Yamaha place, and they want $200 to change out the wear ring. I am pretty mechanically minded, don't believe I will have a problem as long as I have a manual.

Check out this guys manuals. You can ask him for the exact one you're looking for. I wouldn't think the procedure would be any different from a jetski with the same motor. He does have some sport boats listed. I got my manual from him and it does what I need to do the work.
