I'm a first time SeaDoo owner, and recently purchased a 96 Speedster. It was in pretty rough shape, but I'm willing to try and fix it up.
I've been using and storing it on a lake in Michigan. The bilge pump seems to automatically cycle, but I've not had any luck locating a shop and/or owners manual that describes the system.
The pump appears to have been left on and therefore fried. I noticed the fuse had blown and replaced it. No luck. I tied operating it off the blower switch (which I know works) - no luck. My next try will be to pull the pump and try to test it. I've not found any service info to help, so my plan is to remove the exhaust can, expose the pump and take it from there.
Any other suggestions/experience with this one?

Sounds to me like you pretty much narrowed out everything but pull it.
