I have speedster wake 2x 215hp.
The max rpm of the engines are 8000 rpm.
If I run the max. speed the engines are making 7650 rpm?
I never get more.
Only when I run max. rpm on 1 engine I get 8050 rpm.
Is the normal?

This sounds about right. If the drive line is setup correctly, you should not quite hit max RPM at full throttle. With one engine only, you are cavitating hard since you don't really have enough power in one engine to bring the boat to a plane quickly so you hit the rev limiter at 8K. If you are not cavitating, you should not hit the rev limiter unless you leave the water. You might be able to better tune the impeller to the engine to get a bit closer to the 8K limit, but 7650 sounds close enough.

I agree with Steve however keep in mind that will happen during the first 7 hours of engine anyway since the "break-in" program is operating. After 7 hours on the clock the computer advances timing and decreases fuel flow so the RPMs will go up a little naturally. This is the same program that kicks in if the octane of the fuel is too low. Another thing to keep in mind is that all tachs are not created equal!
