talking about the ICS, i have a real problem with it. The damn grate wont come down when i push the button and it really makes me go mad because i have needed ir for a lot of times (obviously not with a ski rope ) This problem has made me go under the boat and take away the weeds with my hands. I read in the owners book that there is a switch in the back part of the boat. If anyone knows if this is true or knows where it is, please help me!!!! Thanks

Believe it or not, I think the boat has to running and in neutral. It is kindarediculous. I've needed mine open while trailered and from reading the owner's manual several times it's the only way. I have watched the actuator in the bilge move and stay open for ten seconds and close. I hope someone else can shed some light on this.

Remove the switch and see if the wire is connected.

I have used mine on the trailor. The lanyard must be on and the boat in nuetral. It will not work if the boat is in F or R.

on my first day out, I learned that the ICS doesn't work for bow lines either!
