We are finally going to be able to trade our problem-ridden Challenger X in for a new boat. I was looking for feedback on the Speedster 200. Is it a good wakeboarding boat? What about performance and reliabilty? I'd appreciate any comments.

Sorry you had problems with the Challenger. I have an '05 S200 with the 155's. It is a great boat for us. We just ski (no wakeboarding). I think the wake might be a bit tame without lot's of ballast, and even then the hull is probably not deep enough to throw much water. Power is great (even with my puny 310HP!). The engines always start and run quiet and gas use is not too bad. It is comfortable with 5 adults or 7 if you have a mix of kids and adults. It does OK with chop but it can get rough with more than a couple of feet. It pulls folks out of the water no problem with one or two skiis (big folks!).We are finally going to be able to trade our problem-ridden Challenger X in for a new boat. Overall, we are very happy with ours after one year.
