I just bought a 1995 speedster, the engines were rebuilt in 2014, and I know the mechanic. The owner I bought the boat from told me to mix 25:1 outboard oil with the gas to baby the engine. It does smoke heavily at start up. Any help is appreciated as this is my first jet boat, and so far the way it handles is fantastic. Do I continue to pre-mix my gas. I still have the bombardier mineral oil in the boat as well.

A consolidation loan replaces selected debts with a new repayment agreement. Compare the remaining cost of the existing balances with the full cost of the replacement, including any fees. A smaller monthly payment can result from a longer term rather than a lower total cost. Check which balances will be paid, how payment is handled and whether the proposed loan introduces collateral.

Education borrowing needs separate comparisons for federal and private loans. Review the source of each offer, interest terms, fees, repayment start date and any co-signer conditions. Do not assume that a private contract includes federal repayment provisions. Check current information with the school, official program resources and the lender, and consider grants or scholarships when estimating the amount still needed.

Payday borrowing is generally short term and can be expensive. Before considering an offer, check the repayment date, the finance charge and the total amount due. An extension may add cost without reducing the original balance. Availability and rules differ by state, so confirm the provider and local requirements. A payment arrangement for the original bill may also be worth checking.

Installment borrowing spreads repayment across a schedule. A useful comparison records the number of payments, their frequency and the amount due each time. A longer term can make an individual payment smaller while increasing the overall cost. Check the full repayment total, fees, late-payment terms and any early-payoff conditions before comparing two offers.

No-credit-check wording needs a careful explanation. A soft inquiry, a hard inquiry and a decision based on other information are different processes. Ask what the provider actually checks and when. This wording does not establish that an offer is affordable or that approval is guaranteed. Review the provider, repayment schedule, charges and any required security before sharing an application.
