Day 1 with my new boat, getting ready for vacation in a week, and bottom wrung of ladder broke.   Thought I could come home and go to ebay, amazon, etc and order one but does not seem to be the case.

 

Where is a good place to get a replacement, quickly if possible.   Is it possible to replace just the bottom step.  Any tips for replacing the entire things?

The part # for the whole ladder is 204061191. Looks like it's $250. Google the part # to find the sites that have it. I haven't figured out how to paste a web address (or anything) on this forum.

If anyone else needs this information, the new part number is 204061384.

 

Also, JB Weld Marine is awesome.   It got me past the weekend and still together and holding strong.
