If you have some knowledge of how I might fix this or any information that would be useful about the part, if I can self-repair....r you know something about it please share!!!!

 

I puled the rope out, thought we were good...but boat wouldnt go over 5 to 10mph. It was alotta loud vibration over 5mph like it couldnt suck enought water thru. As you can see from pix, looks like the impeller blades and shaft are ok....seemed like it wasnt getting enough water in.

 

Any help appreciated!!

Can you take more pics with a flashlight?

Sounds like cavatation. I have found that the smallest amount of debris can cause it. Look at the tips of the prop. Also, look from the back too.

I had this same thing happen over the 4th of July. I have a 2000 Sea Doo GTI. I put a new impeller and wear ring in. My problem is that at take off the engine revs hard then takes off. I do not have any top end performance issues I would like to cure the reviving at take off. Seems like we both have the same issues. Does anyone have any suggestions.
