Hey guys Just purchased a 2002 seadoo utopia. ''PROJECT"

1. I installed a overhead hoist that i purchased from harbor freight in the guarage.

2. Removed the mercury V6 and had it refurbished.

3. currently in the process of removing the jet pump to rebuild the bearings and install a new impeller and sleeve.

Its been a long journey so hopfully she will be in the water this summer. If anyone has any tips on the jetpump please let me know, i plan on starting on that this saturday.

I have a 1996 challenger project with everything removed right now. I am about 4 hrs south of you. I'm assuming you picked up the gantry crane? I've been looking at that for lifting the boat from the trailer for trailer work.
