Good morning everyone,

 

I bought my first boat last year- 2003 Seadoo Challenger 2000.

 

Very happy with the boat. Does everything I need.

I have pulled 3 person tubes with it as well.

 

Only drawback is its 2 stroke.  When tubing, all you smell us exhaust!

 

At the Toronto boat show, I picked up a wakeboard this year, so I am looking forward to installing a monster tower MT2.

 

I would also like to get a bimini top for it.

 

Monster offers a package with tower + top.  The top looks kind of small- from the pictures.

Anyone else have any experience with a monster tower + top?

Welcome to the forums!

I have seen a lot of good reviews of the monster tower packages, but I am personally not very familiar with them.

Additionally, I only smell burning oil due to leaky seals at startup on my '98 1800, but other than that I don't encounter any overwhelming exhaust smell when tubing behind it.

Maybe this is just a difference between the Rotax and Merc two strokes.
