Was out in the freezing cold today dooing a spot of messing when I noticed the rear compartment had a lot of water on board. Pull up to the marina and set the bilge in motion. When the water level went down I noticed a small but constant flow of water entering in the back left of the boat. I took it out of the river and it looks like there may be a leak in the rear left exhaust or at least around the entrance / exit where it comes through the boat. Is this a common problem? Does it require a new exhaust pipe or maybe a new seal? Would silicone do the job? I tried to loosen the screws but they just kept turning so is there something behind them? Any help would be much appreciated and who knows, maybe I can be back in the cold again tomorrow.
Thanks guys,
Brian
