Hey Guys, this boat is driving me crazy (2012 single engine). The power kinda pulsate's when I throttle it up, especialy after I have been pulling a tube. It started at the end of last summer with about 30 hrs on it, I took it too the dealer, and all they could tell me, that it was possibly water in the gas, I ended up getting all the gas out, filled it halfway up, and added a can of seafoam, and it seemed to run good for the half a tank, but it was at the end of the yr. So I never got it out, till this last weekend, I filled it up, and added some more seafoam, and it seemed to run good till I was down to about 3/4 of a tank, then it started running like crap again, when you stab the throttle you could watch the rpm's pulsate up and down on the tach, I live in michigan, so are boating season is short, but I store the boat in a heated barn all winter! I did some searchs on the internet, and came up with not much, was thinking the intercooler might be leaking, so i took it out, and submerged it in water and pressurized it with some air, and I dont see any bubbles leaking??? Also my coolant always seems to be low, so I was thinking maybe head gasket, but it dont take much to fill it back up, and it looks like it is leaking around the hose at the bottom of the resovoir (sp). And it dont show any of the obvious signs of a head gasket leaking, white smoke, milky oil??? Sorry for being so long winded, but I am about to my witts end, most of the dealers around here, dont seem to have a clue about these boats!!!! Also I discovered this wire laying in the bottom of my boat, I cant find where it goes, when I found it today it was actually laying in water in the bottom of my boat next to the coolant hose with the green strip??? Curios if anyone knows what it goes too??? Thanks...
2012 runs like crap...

Well I re-checked the intercooler one more time, still no leaks!! I completely drained the fuel system, only had about 8 gallons left in it, I saved about the last half gallon of gas, to see what it looks like in the morning. In the pick, this was the first bit of gas I siphoned that came off the bottom of the tank, the junk in the bottome of the jar, looks like water to me... Hopefully this may be the issue?? Gonna try and get it back out by the weekend to see what happens!!!

Finally got the boat back out today, I ended up draining the gas tank and taking the sending unit out, so I could get a towel in there and wipe most of the tank out, Filled it up with pure gas (no ethanol), put some injector cleaner, and sta-bil marine additive in it, and it ran great all day!!!! Still havent figured out what the extra plug in my pics go to yet though!!!
