first time poster and Challenger owner(new). Having some problems with tracking. The machine wants to pull left or right. Theres app 1/4 inch play at the nozzle. Is this normal? I also noticed a small cable on the steering rack that is very loose, what is the purpose of this cable?

The Doo is powered by 240 Merc and is year 2002
