Both my Rotax engines are loose on the metal mounting plate. The Mounting plate is firmly attached to the hull. Any ideas on tightening the engines?

By mounting plate, do you mean the cradle under the engine? The engine mount bolts are visible at all 4 corners of the cradle.....If those are tight, the bolts that attach the engine to the cradle are loose-and under the cradle. You will need to figure out a way to reach them, or take everything loose. If you have to do this, you will also have to re-align the engine/driveshaft to the impeller on both sides (assuming that both engines are loose.).
