How is the tow shaft suppose to be used? I lift it until it (wants to stop?) then do I turn it (screw it down a lot?) that seems to tighten it? When I screw it the other way (loose) it comes out and out of the boat. IS there a proper height? when I turn it to tighten is that (making it fatter?) to hold it in place? just wondering proper usage - though we did tube and board already.

Thanks for the invite, I currently have a 2008 150 speedster with 215, looking at moving up to the 2010 21 challenger with the twin 225.

Yes I am. I love this boat and want 100% operational. It's a shit load of fun and it will be a hand down to my son when I upgrade. So yes I want it operational. Let me know and I'll make the arrangements. sorry I took so long to respond. Been very busy. You can also respond to my personal email address of "rick.freese@sbcglobal.net" and thanks.
