Each time it was an engine seizure due to water ingestion. Remove your RAVE valves and check for vertical scoring on the pistons.
If your pistons look good, you could be running your engine(s) too lean. I would adjust the high speed screws 1/8 - 1/4 turn further out and see if the problem persists.

Check the fuel filters/water separator first, then look at your plugs. Check all your spark plug wires for good connections at the plugs. My engine cuts out every once in awhile....almost as if the kill switch is pulled off. Anyone else experience this?

You don't have RAVE valves and you dont have high speed screws on your 240EFI ..

I changed all the plugs........although the old ones looked fine. Removed and re-connected all the wires too......Still happening....!!!! It does not happen all the time so its hard to nail down. I will try a few different things to see if I can cause it to happen.Check the fuel filters/water separator first, then look at your plugs.
