Utopia Sun Deck Side Before

In order to fill in the divots in the foam, after removing the fabric I cut pieces of closed cell foam (from JoAnn Fabrics) to fit the divots. Then I glued them into the pockets in the foam using spray contact cement. Using a heat gun I melted the foam patches, shrinking and smoothing them to better fit. Finally, I glued a complete panel of 1" closed cell foam on top of the original panel before re-stapling the fabric in place over it.
