You may want to call another dealer in your area for a second opinion. I would recommend doing it at the 10 hour mark just to make sure everything is running as it should.

Draw-tite, Fulton, and Curt are also good brands. You may also want to try U-haul if you have one convenient to your location, they tend to make a good hitch at a decent price. Keep us posted.
