Hey guy's....
I have a 2011 210 Wake, and I am looking for suggestions in upgrading the OEM stock stereo components, as they are pretty weak for sound.
Has anyone done this? or can you point me to someone who has and possibly shown it with screen shots or description on what they changed/swapped out?

IMHO. Add speakers by the driver and passenger and upgrade the speakers for phase 1, then upgradethe head unit and amp + battery for phase 2.
