Hi,
I'm new to this great forum. Love it by the way.
I just bought a used 1996 Sportster and opened up the storage by the wheel (front fuse box). When I pulled out the storage tub I see there are tons of connectors. My hope is the dash can be changed out and/or I can use these wires for a tac, speedometer, etc..
So my questions is. Could you take a Challenger dash and hook it to a Sportster? Are these wires all live? Or even maybe get some Seadoo gauges off ebay and connect them?
I did not see anything in the shop manual about this.
Anyway, I know I will be asked "why didn't you just buy a Challenger?"
Answer: Small desert town, you take what you can get.
Thank You
Robert
